Disgusting Delicacies II is the second season of ViuTV’s show of the same name. I had the chance to create the opening sequence, credit roll, and transitions for this popular program. The director gave us a great deal of creative freedom and trust, which made the entire process — from concept to final delivery — both fun and rewarding.

As the title suggests, the show explores unusual and “strange” delicacies from different places, including the United States, Mexico, and Peru. To match the theme, we leaned into a raw, hand-drawn illustration style that felt more spontaneous and slightly rough around the edges, helping capture the quirky and unexpected nature of the featured foods.

By resolving pacing and composition in advance, the production workflow became more efficient, allowing me to focus on refining the motion and visual details. The final result established a dynamic and cohesive visual identity for the series, and the overall outcome was well received by the team.
